Every Thursday, our chefs serve a rotating menu of fresh tapas, including new dishes competing for a place on the Surfers Bay menu. It's a chance to try something new before anyone else, with a front row seat to our test kitchen.

Join us from 5pm for ocean views, an extended Happy Hour, and sunset sounds from DJ Bill Gates.
